As part of our continued commitment to ensure our employees act according to the highest ethical standards, we have Code of Conduct and Compliance policies which all employees of Zuellig Pharma are required to understand and abide by.
Our Code of Conduct and Compliance policies clearly set the guidelines and standards regarding how we do business in an ethical manner. All employees and material third parties are trained and assessed on the Code of Conduct and Compliance policies.
We also have a Speak Up policy and Speak Up communication channels to enable our employees and third parties to report any suspected or occurring violations to our Code of Conduct or policies.
All reports are handled in the strictest confidentiality and all relevant reports are reported to our Audit Committee to ensure appropriate follow-up action is taken.

The Zuellig Pharma Anti-Corruption Policy sets the standards of conduct and business practice that must be followed when representing Zuellig Pharma during interactions with commercial entities and government officials. We are committed to complying with all laws and regulations in our markets and to doing business in a manner that is consistent with our core values.
It is important to ensure all of our interactions with business partners (government or commercial) are conducted with openness and transparency and in accordance with anti-corruption laws. All representatives of Zuellig Pharma are required to comply with the Anti-Corruption Policy when dealing with external parties.
We have a Speak Up policy and Speak Up communication channels to enable employees and third parties to report any suspected or occurring violations of the Zuellig Pharma Code of Conduct or other Zuellig Pharma policies.
The hotlines and websites are operated by Navex, an independent third party, and allow reports to be submitted anonymously and confidentially. These channels are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are available in the local languages of the countries which we operate. We have a strict no-retaliation policy for anyone who submits a report in good faith.
